Erith and District Hospital is just south west of Erith town centre. A number of buses stop near the hospital, and it is a short bus or taxi ride from Erith and Barnehurst mainline stations.

- Barnehurst station has step-free access to the ticket office and the platforms.
The main entrance to the hospital car park is off the A220 Bexley Road. There is ample parking on site.
